Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of virtualization solutions using Microsoft Hypervisor to enhance system performance and reliability.
Oversee Azure cloud services deployment and management to support scalable and secure business operations.
Provide expert-level VMware Administration to ensure optimal virtualization infrastructure and resource allocation.
Manage Windows Administration tasks to maintain system integrity and security across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions with business objectives for improved outcomes.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures to support operational efficiency.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and team development.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend enhancements that align with the companys strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain data security and privacy.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet business needs.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and impact on operations.
