Job Description

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (KEY):

• Proven hands -on development experience using Uipath RPA tool and Microsfot Power PLatform
• Advanced knowledge in UIPath software in developing RPA soutions.
• UIPATH certified (RPA Developer Advanced Certification/ RPA Business Analyst Certification) candidates will be preferred.
• Experience in alternative automation tools such as Azure AI, Python, Scripting is a big advantage
• Experience in integrating cognitive elements including OCR, Image recognition and other AI/ML based solution
• Experience of Agile Methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Customer & stakeholder management skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (DESIRABLE):

• Good knowledge of support tools used (Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) is desirable.
• Experience working with Operations/IT support teams would be desirable.
• Knowledge of other automation tools Python, Azure Apps, VBA would be an added advantage.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY:

• Graduate in any discipline

EXPERIENCE:

• 4 + years of IT Experience with minimum 3+ years of experience in RPA automating Business processes/workflows (Experience with UIPAth Automation tool mandatory)
• Experience in integration of cognitive elements with RPA and MS power Platform.
• Experience working in fast paced agile environments and cross functional teams
