Job Description
Talent Acquisition Lead IT
Location: 27, The Headquarters I, Sprouts Business Solutions, 5th Floor, B-660, Sushant Lok I, Gurugram, Haryana, India
Employment Type: Full-time (FTE)
Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in IT recruitment, including experience in ContracttoHire (C2H) hiring and leading a team of at least 4 to 5 members
Shift Timings: MondayFriday, 9:30 AM 6:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to deliver high-quality talent across contract and full-time roles, with a strong focus on ContracttoHire (C2H) hiring.
- Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring consistent delivery on key hiring metrics including time-to-fill, C2H conversion rates, and recruiter productivity.
- Sourcing Strategy Development: Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and present recruitment dashboards and hiring performance reports to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal IT stakeholders to understand talent requirements and deliver on hiring goals.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to compliance, quality, and delivery standards.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all hiring activities are compliant with relevant labor laws and internal HR policies.
