Job Description

Job Title: Associate Manager Referral Sales

Location: North Karnataka

Experience: 1314 years

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Healthcare/Management preferred)

Industry Preference: Hospital / Healthcare background


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Drive referral sales network across North Karnataka by engaging doctors, clinics, and healthcare practitioners to generate patient referrals.
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including physicians, specialists, diagnostic centers, and corporate health providers.
  • Develop and execute referral engagement plans in the key districts of Belagavi, Hubballi-Dharwad, Ballari, Vijayapura, Bagalkot, Kalaburagi, Bidar, Raichur, Gadag, Koppal, Haveri, Yadgir, etc.
  • Ensure timely communication of hospital services, specialties, and new programs to referral partners through CME programs, visits, and workshops.
  • Monitor and track referral inflow data, prepare MIS reports, and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate with hospital operations, marketing, and patient experience teams to provide seamless service for referred patients.
  • Conduct competitor mapping and market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in referral business.
  • Handle grievance resolution of referral partners promptly to maintain long-term trust and engagement.
  • Train and mentor field executives in referral development and relationship-building practices.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical marketing practices, and statutory norms.

Key Skills & Competencies


  • Strong relationship management and networking ability with doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Proven track record in referral development / hospital sales in Karnataka.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred).
  • Ability to drive targets and manage a large geographic region.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MIS and reporting.
