We are currently seeking applications for the position of Technical Associate - IT Support. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for providing 24x7 Level 1 IT Service Desk support through various channels such as Phone, Chat, Email, Voicemail, and Web (Self-service). Your duties will include incident, query, and service request management and monitoring, along with initial remote desktop support, user access management, password reset, Windows and OS support, and more. Additionally, you will be tasked with reviewing and maintaining the internal Service Desk Support/knowledge Base, implementing and maintaining self-service/self-help resources and services, and reporting on known outages and service impacts. Qualifications we are looking for in potential candidates include a technology and service desk background, a graduation degree in any stream, ITIL certification, and multitasking skills. Preferred qualifications include good communication skills, familiarity with the ITIL framework, knowledge of administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Operating Systems, installation and troubleshooting of software suites like Adobe and Microsoft Office, expertise in Active Directory administration, excellent troubleshooting skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Technical Associate role is based in India, specifically Hyderabad, and is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
