We are currently seeking applications for the position of Senior Manager - Service Now Project Manager. As part of our expanding Orchestration Group, the Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our global customers. The Orchestration Group is growing to meet the demands of numerous diverse and exciting projects and clientele, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals to advance their careers within Genpact's Professional Services organization. **Responsibilities:** - Project Management of product-based solutions - Tracking, monitoring & reporting on project progress, quality of deliveries, budget consumption, and timelines. - Analyzing, capturing, and communicating customer requirements - Writing concept and functional design documents - Providing consultancy to customers on Genpact Digital products - Taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with key customers **Qualifications we seek in you!** *Minimum Qualifications:* - Ability to quickly comprehend a client's business strategy, processes, needs, and design solutions to support them. - Experience in leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis - Proficiency in writing functional design documents - Project Management skills (Risk, scope, budget, Timelines management, etc.) - Project Team leadership - Client Management skills - Relevant experience in the MS technology stack - Relevant work experience in managing complicated software projects - Strong customer-facing skills including running workshops and presentation abilities - Must be able to work as part of a team with minimal day-to-day supervision - Strong crisis management skills - Fluent in spoken and written English - Smart and presentable - Ability to travel to customer sites in Europe & America - Ability to align working hours when needed to customers abroad *Preferred qualifications:* - Experience in Business Process Management software - Experience with BPM tools like Service Now, Appian, or Remedy, etc. *Job Details:* - Job Title: Senior Manager - Primary Location: India-Noida - Schedule: Full-time - Education Level: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent - Job Posting: Jun 4, 2025, 4:02:30 AM Join us and be a part of our dynamic team at Genpact, where innovation and excellence are celebrated, and your contributions make a real impact on the future of business services.,
