Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager (Sales) for our Nagercoil location. This role involves driving business growth through customer acquisition, channel partner engagement, and ensuring sales targets are met in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities-

- Drive sales for assigned retail lending/financial products.

- Acquire new customers through direct/indirect channels and maintain strong client relationships.

- Work closely with channel partners, dealers, and business associates for business generation.

- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and provide insights to improve business strategies. 

- Ensure 100% compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

 

Desired Candidate Profile-

MBA (Mandatory) from a recognized university.

1-2 years of experience in sales/financial services (NBFC/Banking sector preferred), (MBA Freshers are also eligible)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior in Nagercoil.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in financial services.
