About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in sales hiring to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building a strong talent pipeline, and partnering with business leaders to attract and hire top sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and competencies needed.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, LinkedIn, networking channels) to attract high-performing sales talent.
- Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on market trends and compensation benchmarks for sales professionals.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years focused on sales hiring.
- Proven ability to hire high-volume and niche sales talent across different geographies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Open to candidates comfortable with extensive travel and flexible working hours (male candidates preferred).
