Were Hiring Recruitment Analyst / Recruitment Specialist (Non IT Hiring C2H)
Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
We are looking for passionate and driven Recruitment Analysts / Recruitment Specialists with 6 months to 5 years of experience, specifically in Non IT Recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring, to join our team in Bengaluru.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end Non IT recruitment, especially in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring models, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Non IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Strong experience in C2H hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder management
Eligibility Criteria:
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in Non IT Recruitment
- Mandatory experience in C2H hiring
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
