Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights and maintaining aircraft systems and components as per manufacturer's standards. Additionally, you will assist passengers with luggage and other needs, perform pre-flight and post-flight checks on aircraft, and handle customer queries and complaints. It is essential to coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth airport operations and adhere to aviation regulations and safety standards. For this position, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well in a team are crucial. A positive attitude, adaptability to changing situations, and a passion for the aviation industry are also desirable qualities.
