Job Description
- The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers specializing in tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation, and commissioning. As a Software Developer at Hitachi Energy, your primary mission is to develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint according to the job description. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing applications with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate using SharePoint/Dataverse as the backend. - Collaborating with the business to gather requirements and establish development priorities. - Consulting with subject matter experts to comprehend business processes. - Structuring change requests with excellent traceability. - Translating business requirements into process flow charts. - Independently developing Power App applications. - Conducting regular design review meetings to ensure development progress aligns with agreed timelines. - Following up with the business to ensure timely receipt of required inputs. - Supporting business users during user acceptance tests and managing change requests effectively. In order to be successful in this role, you should possess: - 5+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. - Exposure to using Artificial Intelligence in data processing is an added advantage. - Experience leading at least 5 projects using Power Apps and Power Automate platform. - Expertise in Canvas apps and model-driven apps. - Proficiency in creating complex Power Automate flows. - Experience in directly interacting with business stakeholders to gather inputs and convert requirements into user stories.
