Job Description
- The client is a global digital solutions company renowned for expertise in cloud, data engineering, and quality assurance, focusing on innovation and agile delivery in BFSI and Healthcare sectors. As a leader in QA, you will oversee manual and automated testing for ETL pipelines, UI, and databases. Your responsibilities include team leadership, global collaboration, implementing testing best practices, quality strategy documentation, and integrating with CI/CD tools. Key responsibilities: - Lead and manage a QA team for ETL, UI, DB, and end-to-end testing. - Analyze requirements, create detailed test cases, and test data. - Validate ETL workflows and transformation logic using advanced SQL. - Develop and maintain automation scripts using BDD in Python. - Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD tools. - Create and maintain documentation such as Test Strategy and BRDs. - Drive collaboration across teams and provide testing metrics and improvement plans. Qualifications: - 9-12 years of QA experience with a focus on ETL/UI/DB testing. - 3+ years in automation testing with Python and Selenium. - Strong SQL skills, preferably Snowflake or Postgres. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS. - Proven leadership managing QA team members. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have: - Exposure to DBT, Informatica, or MS Power BI. - Knowledge of Healthcare/Life Sciences domain. - Front-end vs back-end validation exposure. Education: - BCA / B.Sc.
