Job Profile: Voice Process Inbound - IRO

Openings: 25

Location: Pune

Need HSC/Graduates with fluent English communication skills (Must be at least 8 out of 10).
Age limit: 18 32
Need to handle inbound calls.
Need to handle queries of customer and provide information.
Good spoken and written language skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Well-groomed personality with positive attitude.
Candidates should be ready to work in rotational shifts
Undergraduate/ Graduate (any).
Easy customer service process
No sales target

Shifts: Female: 7 AM- 9 PM, Male-24*7

CTC :

Full Time 18,631/ per month 14500 In hand

OT: 150 per hour
