Job Description

You will be joining Teleperformance as a QTL-Quality Team Leader for an International campaign. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international BPO focusing on Quality Team Leadership. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. As a Quality Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing quality processes and ensuring high standards are maintained. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 5-day working week on rotational shifts. The work location for this role is in Kolkata.
