Job Description
- You will be joining a renowned Jewellery group based in Kerala, with its head office in Thrissur. As the Deputy Manager Human Resources, you will be handling various HR responsibilities on a full-time basis at the Thrissur location. Your duties will include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, conducting performance appraisals, organizing training programs, and ensuring HR compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and prior experience in a managerial HR position, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred.,
