- As the Deputy Manager Operations at TOVO Restaurants Pvt Ltd in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC), driving business growth, and maximizing profitability across a group of approximately 10 - 15 TOVO restaurants. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring alignment with the brand's strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in all assigned TOVO restaurants to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the brand's reputation. You will be expected to lead the strategic planning process for each restaurant, providing coaching and guidance to strengthen the management teams and drive operational and business goals effectively. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in a multi-unit management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent financial acumen, and business growth strategy experience are essential. Your ability to motivate and inspire teams, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will be critical in driving high performance and ensuring brand consistency across the region.
