    You are an experienced and proven results-oriented Field Marketing Manager sought by Arul Polymers and Arul Rubbers Pvt Ltd, integral parts of the Arul Group, renowned for delivering cutting-edge rubber solutions to the steel, mining, and industrial sectors. Your role involves spearheading business development initiatives across Orissa, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh. As the Deputy Manager / Field Marketing Manager based in Odisha, you are required to have a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer coordination in RUBBER-RELATED products. A Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Polymer Engineering is mandatory for this role. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language (Odiya) is essential. Your industry exposure should include working with Mining & Steel Plants such as JSPL, JSW, TATA, AMNS, Rungta Mines, NTPC, NLC, NMDC, SAIL, etc., holding relevant positions in these companies. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and cultivate business opportunities within the industrial sectors across Orissa, while expanding the company's presence in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh, with a focus on the steel, mining, and mineral processing industries. - Drive revenue growth by nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying new high-potential revenue streams to enhance business expansion. - Spearhead the promotion and growth of the company's comprehensive portfolio of rubber products and services, positioning the solutions as essential to clients" needs in the steel and mining sectors. - Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including senior leaders and procurement heads in the Steel, Mining, and Mineral Processing industries, becoming a trusted advisor and partner. - Design and deliver compelling, high-impact sales presentations and marketing materials to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions, ensuring maximum client engagement. - Develop and execute a results-oriented, strategic sales and marketing plan aligned with company objectives, ensuring sustained market growth and client satisfaction. - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets through meticulous planning, proactive execution, and leveraging market insights. - Travel extensively within the designated regions to generate new business leads, manage key client accounts, and maximize sales opportunities, ensuring seamless customer relationships. - Oversee inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and post-sale follow-ups to secure successful deal closures, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. - Identify and participate in high-value tenders, including leveraging opportunities, securing significant contracts, and strengthening the company's footprint in the public sector.
