Job Description

Role: Business Analyst Lead (HealthRules Payer - HRP)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Exp: 10 to 14 years

Desired Skillset: HRP, Health rules Payer, BA Lead

Role & responsibilities:

• Work across a broad range of domain & technology areas
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Experience in writing Epics, User stories with proper acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Able to perform claims data analysis and by writing SQL queries
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, ACA).

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience and understanding of Healthcare Payer and Claims data systems (HRP, QNXT etc)
• Experience working in Data Migration projects
• Lead and mentor junior business analysts and team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired/Good to have Skills:

• HealthRules Payer experience (technical)
