Job Description
Job Role: Recruiter - EMEA
Shift Timings: 12 pm - 9 pm
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced French-speaking Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract the best talent across multiple countries. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for roles across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on France. This includes partnering closely with hiring managers, understanding business needs, building sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of regional hiring practices, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather manpower requests for various lines of business from the European Market
- Sourcing and acquiring skilled candidates from various industries through job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and also through references and Social networks.
- Conducting Initial screening and online tests for candidates
- Managing stakeholders and coordinating interviews
- Providing an excellent experience to all candidates
- Ensuring the recruitment process is continuously evolving and followed
- Use of job portals and social media to promote jobs
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Offer negotiations and onboarding of employees
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Recruitment experience in the US/UK/Europe market will be preferred.
- Minimum Graduate in any stream
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills & business acumen
- Strong sourcing skills using Social Media and job portals
- Ability to work under tight schedules & multi-task
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Minimum B2 level French proficiency; fluency in English is required
