Were looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. You should be organized, persistent, and comfortable managing multiple leads in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.


What youll Do?

  • Identify, research, and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and tailored communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends relevant to custom software services.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior sales or technical teams.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients when required.

What Are We Looking for?

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the IT or custom software services sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proven ability to generate and nurture leads, managing multiple prospects effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelors degree preferred; relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
