Location: Kolkata
Job Summary:
We are hiring freshers for the role of Hotel Sales Executive in Kolkata. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. The role involves client interaction, sales support, and promoting hotel services to drive occupancy and bookings.
Salary: 20,000 In-hand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential clients such as corporates, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Support the sales team in promoting hotel rooms, banquets, and event spaces.
- Handle client queries, provide hotel information, and coordinate site visits.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Learn to prepare basic proposals and assist in sales reporting.
- Work closely with senior team members to understand hotel sales operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Hospitality/Business/Commerce preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Only freshers are eligible (0 years).
- Mandatory Condition: Candidate should not have an active UAN/PF number.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in hotel sales.
