Location: REMOTE/DELHI Job Type: Full-time Industry: IT / Software Development Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the Software Development or IT Services sector, and be confident in lead generation through calls, emails, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via phone, email, and internet research.
  • Present and promote company services to prospective clients effectively.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to propose suitable service offerings.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and follow up on client meetings and demonstrations.
  • Handle client objections and concerns to maintain brand reputation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, telesales, or similar B2B sales roles.
  • Mandatory experience in Software Development/IT Services sales .
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with outbound calling and digital marketing techniques.
  • Knowledge of current trends in software development and technology service
