Job Description
- As a Deputy Manager in Operational Excellence based in Chennai and reporting to the Manager in Operational Excellence, you will play a crucial role in deploying Process Discovery for identified pools, towers, and teams. Your responsibilities will include spearheading Continuous Process Improvement projects, assessing process complexity, and implementing standard frameworks to enhance Efficiency in terms of Productivity and Capacity Utilization. You will be expected to conduct Quarterly Assessments to evaluate OE Maturity penetration across teams. Collaborating closely with teams, you will create actionable 30/60/90 days plans to enhance maturity levels as necessary. Building strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels, from Leads to Managers to OG, Tower & Cluster heads, will be vital in driving the OE agenda through a robust Governance process. In this role, you will lead improvement initiatives in partnership with other OE team members and the Automation COE team to deploy cutting-edge technology solutions effectively. As a qualified candidate, you should hold certification as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt professional from a reputable institution. With a minimum of 9 years of overall work experience, including 4 to 5 years in roles related to Continuous Improvement, Delivery Excellence, or Operational Excellence, you should possess hands-on experience in deploying Process Discovery or Task Mining, preferably in the services industry. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand process intricacies and execute projects within agreed timelines will be essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools is necessary for this role. Additionally, exposure to Process Discovery and mining practices is mandatory for successful performance in this position.
