Job Description
Demonstrated expertise with full life cycle of SDLC, system integrations, engagements across strategy, design, and implementation.
- Strong Technical foundation with the ability to review program deliverables technically and improve efficiencies
- Good technical experience in ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, Web API, DevOps and Microsoft SQL Server. Having exposure to cloud technologies will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Architecture and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player
- Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle.
- Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
- Lead the software architecture and application development of the software solutions by leveraging your knowledge and curiosity of current and future technologies.
- Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.
- Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.
- Guide the team towards successful project delivery and own end to end project and technology delivery
- Ensure standardised and watertight processes are created and implemented to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the entire SDLC.
- Work closely with a Senior Leadership team of Technology and Operations to drive solutions from a business capability, operations, and process standpoint.
- Developing programs to continually grow the talent within the team.
- Most importantly has a lot of fun building products, solving problems and being a part of the team
