Job Description

1 Shift lead should still be an Individual Contributor (IC) only and we are looking out for person who is
more Technical here (almost 80 % to be Tech side and 20% as an Incident Management)
2 ITIL Skills especially on Incident, Problem and Change Management
3. Good Troubleshooting skills, Communicating with Different stakeholders and coordination with L3 Team
4) Escalation Management and MIM handling
5)Have good exposure on GCP, APM tools like DT, JIRA (creating dashboard, Reporting Preparations to
Senior Management, Service now.
6)Good at System Design and Architecture preferably from BFSI background
