About the Role
We are seeking experienced Tier 1/Tier 2 Helpdesk Engineers to provide exceptional end-user support across Windows and macOS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues while adhering to SLA and ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1/2 technical support for macOS, Windows 10/11, and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and basic administration.
Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Accurately triage, categorize, prioritize, and document tickets with detailed notes.
Escalate issues appropriately and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Provide remote support via RDP, Bomgar, or similar tools.
Support basic printer troubleshooting (Zebra, HP, Canon, Konica).
Maintain high-quality service delivery under high ticket/call volumes.
Required Skills
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues with Lenovo and/or Mac laptops.
Strong Windows 10/11 foundational understanding and troubleshooting skills (or equivalent in macOS).
Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and core infrastructure applications (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory).
Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues on both wireless and wired networks.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Basic Intune and Okta troubleshooting knowledge.
Strong documentation and ticketing skills.
Clear, professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
JAMF experience (JAMF 100 certification preferred).
SCCM administration experience.
Knowledge of RDP, Bomgar, and asset management processes.
Understanding of DHCP, DNS, RDP, and related network fundamentals.
Experience creating knowledge base articles.
