Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive International Mobility Partner & Case Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless international assignments and immigration processes, particularly for North America. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in U.S. business immigration and a strong ability to manage high-volume, high-impact cases with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Lead proactive risk assessments related to visa dependencies and business continuity.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies including visa extensions, Green Card initiations, and escalation protocols.
Collaborate with business leaders to optimize workforce planning using visa-based talent.
Track immigration and mobility budgets in partnership with Finance.
Act as a trusted advisor to business units, delivering simplified and scalable immigration solutions.
Assist in solutioning international assignments, especially to North America.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in U.S. employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1).
Review employee eligibility and guide them through internal immigration processes.
Draft and review petitions, LCAs, and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and immigration regulations.
Maintain accurate tracking of applications and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams (LCA, C&B, Reviewers) as needed.
Stay updated on immigration rules and policies.
Respond to employee and business queries within 24 hours.
Required Skills
37 years of experience in U.S. business immigration (H-1B, L-1).
Strong petition drafting and documentation review skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High attention to detail and time management.
Experience with international assignment transfers and end-to-end U.S. & Canada immigration processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and data navigation skills.
