Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.

Help maintain databases and employee records.

Coordinate and support employee engagement activities/events.

Assist in day-to-day operations and project work.

Coordinate and align with the business.

Skills & Qualifications: ? EducationBachelors degree.

Skills:

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), time management, problem-solving
abilities.

Genuine interest in talent acquisition, HR practices, and the retail industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
