Job Description

1. Facility Operations & Maintenance

Oversee housekeeping, security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping operations.
Conduct regular facility inspections and work with relevant teams or vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance. tejrajgroup.keka.com

2. Vendor and Contractor Management

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors services, maintenance, repairs, and consumables.
Monitor performance against Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and conduct periodic reviews.

3. Health, Safety & Compliance

Enforce statutory health, safety, fire, hygiene, and environmental protocols.
Support emergency preparedness: drills, incident response, and business continuity planning
