JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in both developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. This dual-focused role requires a strategic approach to identifying new opportunities, securing business deals, and managing client accounts to ensure ongoing success and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management (Farming) - 75%: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Regularly assess client requirements and ensure our service offerings meet their evolving demands. Implement client retention strategies to foster loyalty and long-term engagement. Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Business Development (Hunting) - 25%: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing industry. Develop strategies to approach potential clients and convincingly present our staffing solutions. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of sales and recruitment professionals. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively and efficiently. Report on sales results and forecast future sales.
Qualifications: Proven experience in staffing sales, business development, and account management. In-depth understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends.
Education Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Location- Noida, Sector 63, A Block S
Shift timings - US Shift EST- 6:30 PM -3:30 AM IST
Level of Experience- We are open to hiring candidates at every level, from Executive to Leadership level.
Behavioral Attributes- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
