ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Note:
Attendance & Payroll Management :
Oversee the management of employee attendance, including time tracking and absence reporting.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, casual leave, sick leave, and other types of leave.
Ensure compliance with attendance policies and ensure accurate records are kept.
Address attendance-related queries from employees and managers.
Worked on updating and preparing shift schedules, allowances, etc.
Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
Handled salary revision files (including tenure increments, internal job postings (IJP), employee retention, etc.) by gathering data from the respective BU heads.
Collaborated with multiple stakeholders in finance, HR, and IT teams to secure clearance for processing full and final settlements for exited employees.
Managed the separation mailbox.
Involved in the entire full and final settlement (F&F) process.
Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepared the complete payroll ticketing report
