Job Purpose Primary responsibility of maintaining various database files across entire Employee Life Cycle processesCentral SPOC for database management and information sharing across business unitsHandling HRIT operations and Life Cycle management for company-wide managerial cadre & support to business HRsBusiness Responsibility Areas Managing and updating employee centric trackers and analysis files which are used on a daily basis for various Compensation and PFMS related workMajor responsibility of maintaining proper data sanctity with utmost accuracyMaintain & creation of analysis files and prepare monthly reportsManaging HRIT operations in relation to employee movement/ appraisalsPrimary SPOC for Employee movement circular announcement on a weekly basisData maintenance/Audit for joining/ transfer/ separation etc for salary processingResponsible for ongoing SuccessFactors maintenance, including troubleshooting and resolving bugs to ensure smooth system functionalityProvide support to JV and Global entities by maintaining accurate data and managing the Employee Life Cycle ELC processesIntroduce, Automate and implement new practices within SuccessFactors to enhance HR processes and ensure proper documentation of these practices for future referenceConduct HRIT- related surveys using the Qualtrics portal and analyze results to make improvementsQualifications: Essential Requirements
    Bachelors Degree in any field preferably commerce, business, managementPreferred Non-Essential Requirements:
      Part-time / Full time - Post Graduation degree/certification in Human ResourcesExperience in owning HR processes and front-ending stakeholdersPrevious Experience:
      Minimum 2 years of HR experience
      Skillset and Competencies: Relate to the ultimate organizational needs while executing all processesTake complete ownership of tasks and execute diligently with accuracy and on timeSelf-drive all tasks to their logical closures through the fastest route feasibleNavigate effortlessly across the org and escalate timely with leaders & teamsOrganize & Prioritize tasks in a disciplined fashion, allowing visibility to your ManagerBe able to continuously learn, better and faster ways of working and apply quicklyChallenge the status quo of doing the things by building upon existing processesImpeccable analytical skills and high attention to detail
