Position: Field Recruiter (Biker Hiring)

We are hiring a Field Recruiter to hire Delivery Bikers. Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in field hiring (Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse preferred)
• Good knowledge of local areas/markets.
• Must be comfortable in
• Kannada & English preferred
• Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) Mandatory
• Ready for on-ground recruitment (field visits, local sourcing, market hiring, etc.)

Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass + UG Experience: 1-2 Years (Field Hiring Must
