Job Title:  AI Engineering Lead

Business Unit: Generative AI

Exp: 8 12 yrs

Desired Qualification, Experience, and Skills

       Lead and work on AI initiatives within the account and across multiple projects.

       Lead the design, development, and deployment of RESTful APIs integrated with Generative AI solutions using Python and related framework such as Django, FastAPI etc

       Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify, prioritize, and implement AI opportunities.

       Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers on leveraging CodeGen AI tools (Github/cursor AI/PyCham AI etc) and best practices

       Stay up to date with the latest AI research, tools, technologies, and industry trends to ensure delivery of cutting-edge solutions..

       Work effectively within AWS cloud platforms for AI solution development and deployment.

       Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive business outcomes.
