About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at TalentGrade. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in business development, client handling, or sales. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through client outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Pitch services to prospective clients and follow up effectively.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly business development targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in business development / sales / client relations.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Kannada is an added advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Must be a very immediate joiner.
Compensation
- Salary: Up to 25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
