Job Description

The Store Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day store floor activities at BigBaskets store/dark store. The role ensures smooth operations in picking, packing, stocking, housekeeping, and dispatch, while maintaining productivity and quality standards. The Supervisor will manage a team of associates, ensure compliance with SOPs, and support the Store Incharge in meeting operational KPIs.
