Presales Solution Architect @ HCLTech

Job Description

We are hiring a Presales Solution Architect to drive solutioning, digital transformation, and presales consulting for global clients. The role involves responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, and designing scalable solutions around workflow optimization, analytics, RPA, and Agentic AI. Youll collaborate with sales and delivery teams to build value-driven, innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality responses for RFPs/RFIs and solution documents.
• Drive workflow optimization and BPO transformation initiatives.
• Design automation-led solutions using RPA & AI.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver value-based solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in presales / solution architecture / consulting.
• Strong background in BPO, automation, and digital transformation.
• Hands-on exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
