Position: Field Recruiter (Biker Hiring)Location: Surat, Gujarat
CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Traveling Allowance
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
Job Description:
We are hiring a Field Recruiter for Bigbasket to hire Delivery Bikers.
Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in field hiring (Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse preferred)
• Good knowledge of local areas/markets.
• Must be comfortable in Hindi & Gujarati
• Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) Mandatory
• Ready for on-ground recruitment (field visits, local sourcing, market hiring, etc.)

Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass + UG
Experience: 1-2 Years (Field Hiring Must)
