Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage training programs for sales teams, including designing and delivering product trainings, sales enablement materials, and performance coaching.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions that drive business results.
Ensure all training activities are aligned with organizational goals, objectives, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
Strong understanding of health insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.
Proven expertise in Sales Training, Product Training, LMS administration, Training Management, and Performance Coaching.
