Business Analyst, Power Apps Developer @ Genpact

Job Description

As a Business Analyst, Power Apps Developer at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and design solutions using Power Apps and related technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing and customizing Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements while considering user experience and scalability. You will also create and maintain data connections and integrations with various data sources, design user interfaces, forms, and workflows using Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven apps, and develop Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. In this role, you will be expected to utilize your strong knowledge of Power Automate, experience in connecting Power Apps to various data sources such as SharePoint, SQL databases, Excel, RESTful APIs, and other third-party platforms, as well as your proficiency in Java programming to enhance the functionality and customization of Power Apps and Power Automate. Furthermore, you will design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate, and its integration with other systems. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. Proficiency in developing canvas and model-driven Power Apps, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as Power Apps Developer or Power Platform App Maker, are highly desired. Additionally, staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform technologies and Java to propose innovative solutions is essential for enhancing productivity and efficiency.
