We are currently seeking applications for the position of Senior Manager, Black Belt. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying improvement opportunities to deliver business impact for our clients. By leveraging Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and digital tools and methodologies, you will be responsible for improving business processes, solving problems, and driving organizational change. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Ops leads, Vertical Leads, and customers to design, implement, and drive Value Generating (VG) roadmaps and Transformation Roadmaps, including digital and analytics components. - Develop and implement a digital tools adoption framework for all tools, ensuring adherence to the framework. - Track and report adoption program status and usage to leadership regularly. - Identify and address potential risks to tool roll-out or adoption success by involving relevant partners. - Work closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements and digital solutions. - Act as champions/ambassadors/evangelists to drive tool adoption within teams. - Create detailed communication plans and collaborate with communication and design teams to deliver impactful creative output. - Proactively identify risks and challenges, develop mitigation plans, and drive continual improvement projects. - Use adoption data and user feedback to enhance the user experience of tools and incorporate improvements into the tools. - Prioritize multiple adoption plans at different launch stages simultaneously. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Graduate, preferably with an MBA or an Engineering background, or subject areas with Analytical/Statistics/Digital focus. - Substantial experience in relevant functions within growing organizations. - Previous experience in the banking domain/industry. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in software development or deployment using Microsoft technology stack applications. - Strong organizational change and program management skills with expertise in driving impactful governance. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. - Flexibility with work timings and ability to facilitate workshops with users. - Courage to challenge existing ways of working and drive innovative solutions. - High curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and evolve.
