Communicate, Influence & Innovate Build strong relationships across engineering, product, and customer teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals. What You Bring to the Table:Proven experience leading Build-Run teamsoverseeing development, production, and operations. A strong customer-first mindset, ensuring quality and reliability in every release. Ability to manage global, distributed teams and drive collaboration across time zones. Deep understanding of foundational excellenceincluding service trust levels, monitoring, and incident response. Strong grasp of testing best practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. Experience in SaaS environments, managing cloud-based applications at scale. Multi-cloud expertisehands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or both. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Technical fluency in Java, React, SQL Server, or equivalent technologies. Professional & Technical Skills:
