Role & responsibilities

• Educational Requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java and Java-related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, etc.).
• Expertise in designing and developing large-scale, high-performance applications.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, software development life cycle (SDLC), and best practices.
  
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in leading large Java-based projects and architecting complex systems.
  
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
