Lead Consultant, Data Analyst @ Genpact

Job Description

As a Lead Consultant, Data Analyst at Genpact, you will be responsible for defining and developing data quality requirements and controls for Financial Crime & Risk Management systems. Your role will involve collaborating with Technology and Business teams to gather data requirements, analyzing Source to Target Mappings documents, and engaging stakeholders to resolve Data Quality (DQ) issues. You will also play a key role in performing root cause analysis across data issues, developing test scripts for various testing phases, and streamlining the DQ exception management process. Your qualifications should include a University Degree, preferably in technology/engineering, and experience working in a financial institution, preferably a Global bank. Additionally, you should have expertise in data lifecycle, data governance, data quality, and experience with SQL & Python programming, particularly in Oracle-based tools. Knowledge of Compliance concepts such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Customer Risk Rating is essential. Experience with Informatica ETL Tool and Project Management would be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, India.
