    The Customer Success Services (CSS) is a unit within the Oracle Customer Service Organization that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's customers through annuity-based service contracts and project-based one-time services. The CSS services team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio both on a fixed price and T&M basis. These services are typically requested by large Oracle customers that require the utmost attention to real mission-critical applications and processes. CSS covers the majority of large-scale Oracle customers. Job Responsibilities: - Ensuring overall governance and technical service delivery for customers. - Assisting customers in maximizing the business value of their Oracle investments while minimizing risks. - Regularly interfacing with customers" IT teams either on-site or remotely. - Diagnosing and resolving moderate to complex technical issues related to Oracle Golden Gate. - Providing recommendations on the installation, maintenance, and best practices for Oracle Golden Gate. - Implementing repair solutions and workarounds for Golden Gate-related issues. - Working independently with minimal supervision while keeping management informed of progress. Mandatory Skills: - Minimum of 6+ years of strong experience with Oracle Golden Gate for cross-platform replication. - Expertise in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Oracle Golden Gate. - Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. - Ability to provide technical recommendations and best practices. - Strong communication and customer engagement skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.,
