Job Description
- As a Senior Business Analyst at Wipro Limited, you will be leveraging your expertise in OSS/BSS systems (including CRM and Billing) with a minimum of 14+ years of experience. Your role will involve eliciting requirements from business stakeholders, writing clear business stories, defining acceptance criteria, and conducting workshops to capture and align notes with stakeholders. You will play a key role in anchoring complex solution discussions by collaborating with architects, subject matter experts, and Technical Product Owners. Your responsibilities will include initiating and leading cross-domain meetings with architects to streamline processes and identify dependencies. You will also contribute to sprint and capacity planning, with hands-on experience in eTOM process and levels, as well as drafting telco processes. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is essential for this role, along with strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions and precise documentation of features, meeting notes, and processes. As a leader in this role, you will oversee a team of 8 to 10 associates, ensuring activities such as demoing stories to business stakeholders, coordinating with development and testing teams, and updating progress in Jira. You will also be responsible for identifying and proactively removing impediments, resolving conflicts between stakeholders, and providing strategic direction for program objectives and roadmap planning. Collaboration with customer-side stakeholders and enterprise architects to align with the program roadmap will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to groom junior Business Analysts within the team, propose fresh ideas for improving velocity and quality, and manage stakeholders" priorities and conflicts effectively. Your experience in managing product backlogs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in Scrum events will be valuable assets in this role.
