Job Description
- As a Software Engineer II (Java Full Stack Developer) at our company, you will be part of the MasterCard D&S Technology development team, collaborating with a global team to drive innovation and deliver business solutions in support of a more connected world. Your role will involve designing and developing high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions based on technical requirements. You will work closely with Product Owners to create intuitive UIs and visualizations, stay updated on technology trends, and actively participate in architectural discussions and agile ceremonies. Your responsibilities will include developing code with a customer-focused approach, supporting testing phases, and adhering to Agile processes. You should have experience in Full Stack Java development using Spring 5 or higher, Java 8 or higher, writing performant database queries, and working with frontend technologies like React or Angular. Additionally, you should be familiar with CICD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and have experience with servers like Tomcat and Apache. Being part of a global team, you will contribute to the complete software development lifecycle and should have a strong understanding of AGILE methodology. It is important to uphold Mastercard's security policies, ensure the confidentiality of information, and report any security violations. Continuous learning and adapting to industry best practices will be essential in this role.
