 We're Hiring: Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition
 Location: Hyderabad Gar Kokapet
 Experience: 3 to 4+ Years | Shift: Day Shift
 Industry: Non-IT Hiring (US Healthcare Hiring)
 Salary: Negotiable
 Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days Preferred Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: understanding job requirements, posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding follow-ups
Headhunt for critical and leadership roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and strategies
Source candidates via job portals and other sourcing channels
Conduct interviews and assess cultural and role fit
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Strong headhunting and leadership hiring capabilities
Excellent interview and candidate evaluation skills
Proficiency in job portals and sourcing tools
