Job Role: Customer Support Executive Airline Process


Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time


Experienced Candidates

  • CTC: 28,500
  • In-Hand Salary: 24,000

Freshers

  • CTC: 23,000
  • In-Hand Salary: 18,500

Shift Timings

  • Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (Starting from 7:00 AM, 24x7 coverage)
  • Female Candidates: Day Shifts (Any 9 hours between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service
  • Must clear the Versant Test with a minimum score of 4

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, chats, and emails
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight bookings, schedules, and airline policies
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex queries when necessary
  • Assist with back-office tasks such as documentation and follow-ups
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
