Job Description

Lead a team of 4 talented data scientists, providing mentorship, technical direction, and day-to-day guidance.
Own the end-to-end delivery of data science solutions, with a strong focus on chatbots, tool calling AI agents, and recommender systems.
Ensure the team s work is technically sound, scalable, and aligned with both business goals and engineering best practices.
Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineering teams to shape and deliver impactful features.

Must haves:

Hands on experience with implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Experience with AWS for deploying and scaling data science services in production environments.
Balance strategy and execution: you re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to code, but also love to step back and define long-term vision.
